With over 21 years of experience in real estate, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and families make some of life’s biggest decisions. I work with both local and international clients, bringing together strong market knowledge, thoughtful negotiation, and modern technology to guide each transaction with clarity and confidence.

I believe real estate is personal. Every client’s situation is different, and my approach is built around listening first, staying accessible, and being proactive at every step — from the initial conversation to well after closing. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, I’m able to communicate comfortably with clients from many backgrounds and tailor strategies that truly fit their goals.

Behind the scenes, I work with a trusted group of professionals — including photographers, videographers, stagers, inspectors, movers, cleaning teams, legal advisors, and financial specialists — so clients can move forward knowing every detail is handled with care.

I specialize in residential real estate across Toronto, York Region, Durham Region, as well as surrounding rural and cottage communities.

Giving back is important to me, and I’m proud to support organizations such as SickKids Hospital, the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Covenant House, Yellow Brick House, and Markham Stouffville Hospital.
